What I do when I'm stuck on certain levels (especially smaller, more compact levels), is to move something and look what your next move could be. If you realize that, no matter which move you do, you lose, you know that you have to begin the level with a different move.
While doing that, keep in mind to simultaneously think about what you have to achieve (in the case of this level for example: match 3 blocks of a color instead of just 2) and how exactly you can achieve that, i.e. what possibilities do you have to get to the desired situation.
