Rules: Everyone gets 4 moves a round. Rounds are 2 way.
it goes alternating moves.
Everyone starts at lvl 1 with 20 hp, 10 pp, 4 atk, 4 def, and 4 acc.

FInish enemy's hp to get spoon, get 50 xp to level up, xp gained per battle starts at 10 for level 1, 9 for lvl 2, and so on.

How STATS Work:
DEF: take DEF% of damage that would have been taken, and if it is at least 1, take that number off total damage.
ACC/HIT: Take the hit of a move. Go to random.com, generate a # between 1 and 10, 3 times. If for none of them the number received is higher than HIT, move HITS. For every 4 acc, you can have 1 number higher.
For example: HIT=8
Roll 3 times.
get 4, 10, 9.
4 ok, 9 is ok if had 4 acc, 10 is ok if had 8 acc
4, 9, 10 with 8 ACC
hit because you can miss two with 8 acc.
4, 9, 10 with 4 ACC
no hit because you can only miss one with 4 acc.
10, 9, 10 with 8 ACC: No.
10, 9, 10 with 12 ACC: always hit with 12 acc.

Leveling up: +1 ATK, + 1 DEF, + 1 ACC, +2 Max PP, +5 HP
