  He can delete the bubbles outside the 7 and then make you have to pop 100% of the bubbles, but if he do that can you complete the lvl in 1 shot.

am I the onle tester to notice that you have to pop *77%* ofthe bubble or, *7* bubbles if there were less/more than 9 bubbles, *7* would not be *77%* of them. although birdjoeelixor is half right,

  I think it is so you cant complete the lvl by just popping all the bubbles in one shot.

  Just decoration, I guess.

  What are the outside bubbles for?
