  It's harder to pop the bubbles but still fairly easy.

  In first try i popped a skull without an arrow :P

  You cannot make a single circular line, but you can make four quarter-circles and join them together. To make them small enough you'll need to reduce the size of the grid (8 should be sufficient).

  how do you do that? i mean how do you make a little circular line?

  Basically put dead lines in the same position - large enough that it would be pretty much impossible for the hog to pop them but small enough that the arrows still can.

  do you know how i could make the bubbles kill you if touched?

  Hmm, you can do it without the arrows and it's much more easy IMO.
