I'm using V3 as a template to speed it up a lot and to make it easier for me.
I'm also using brick breaker for implementing the blapi when I need it.

  Making it so you can make the map yourself isn't too hard in my eyes, they're just a bunch of co-ords in a 2D array...and I could make it put 2 numbers at the start of the array specifying how much of the array is level data and how much enemy data.

[edit] And some numbers at the end to define the map itself.
Might look like:
[4,[x,y],[x,y],[x,y],[x,y],2,[enemyData],[enemyData],[pos0x0y,pos1x0y,pos2x0y...],[...],[...]...]
