Here is how to do it:
Person 1 says something like "This topic is a cake.
The cake is a lie."
Thie next person has to say something that starts with the last letter in the 1 persons word.

Example:
-This topic is a house.
The house is red.

-This topic is a elephant.
The elephant is dumb.

-This topic is a tent.
The tent is blue.

-This topic is a tool.
The tool is extreme.
