[edit] done levels 1-41 in/under par(I got 41 1 under par!) and with the bonus mode! stuck on 42 tho

  Oh yes tehre is a level editor already, but I do'nt see why this guy would imlpement the BL API (despite it's much better than their API). Unless BL pay for it.
