Topic, calling an admin

  the topic appears in a list only admins can access and it shows it in whatever order each topic was called, they eventually sort out the problems when they have time to happy now? :)

if you call an admin, for some reason... s/he comes here and do something, is obvious, bah!

  hey, call= to call, calling someone
a = first letter of alphabet, you also place it before words that don't have a starting sound of a vowel.
Admin = controlls (partialy) some kind of organisation and will make order and dicipline.
