That is an link which you have post in your profile...
You cant send taht link to your friends, post in on blogs, sites...
When three people click on it in one day, you will get 1 EXP
20 visitors = 20 EXP
100 visitors per a day = 100 EXP

strangly though, i get about 10 visitors a week, but since its never more then 2 a day i dont get exp.
