Yeah, you do. It's in the spoiler, but the Grandmaster Galaxy (special world) is the FINAL galaxy. there you have a regular star AND a prankster comet star (Daredevil Run) and then the game is FULLY completed. :/

To get to it you must have EVERY star, both regular and green. :/

am watching a complete walkthrought of smG2, that guy is good! didn't died once and is nearly done gattering green stars in world 2 :D
I heard when you get all green stars you unlock a galaxy.

To get to world S you need to get all prankster commets.

Well...

SPOILER

After the 6th world, you get the FAKE ending. Then the 7th world opens up and you need to collect stars, blah, blah, blah... once you have all 120 stars, you have to kill Bowser AGAIN to reveal the TRUE ending. Then, a green comet comes and scatters 120 GREEN stars across the place and you have to find ALL of those, as either Mario OR Luigi. Then, once you have all 120 stars and all 120 green stars, the way to the final galaxy (Grandmaster Galaxy) opens and you make a Run for the last star AND, since you HAD to get all the comet medals to get here, the last Prankster Comet Star. :/

Yeh it's awesome. Played whole evening yesterday, after I got back home from work, and got to 5th worlds beginning. I got a feeling that I will finish the game today :)

Actually 7 worlds, once you kill Bowser the special world that Bob-omb buddy tells you about is open.

I know this because I've already finished SMG2. xD
