  If you make the left bottom corner blue with a little white bottomline to the right of that blue corner and almost the entire left side pink, you would get a more balanced, good looking level. And you could possibly rearrange the balls a little, organising the pink ones neat and with equal distance between them, and "mess up" the blue ones so that they're syncronised left/right side.

Where Should i put a blue spot on the top white spot or the bottom left white spot?

  That's a cool level!
But you should put more blue space IMO, tell me if you want to edit.
