I said most of them...also they have, you seen the Windows 7 paint? o.O
btw, if it doesnt work, backup your paint then replace it with this...(system32 folder)

I made mine in photoshop. Paint cant do animations or transparent BG, unless they dramastically changed it since i last used it

I do too but I just call it GIMP 2 so 2.0 kinda is an accident :P

I don't know if it's a problem with me or anything, but the single time I tried to do it, I couldn't find a way. Maybe that's because I'm on Windows 7, or that I'm just plain dumb.

Yearh, but seeing how he needs help to actually make a banner, I highly doubt he paid for Photoshop.

Or in photoshop you can just click "new" and type in 500 by 20 pixels.

It's rather simple.
Copy one of the existing sig's, paste it inside an image editing program (Paint can be used, but I use Photoshop), and paint it over with your desired background color. Then start painting
