  Change the title. this won't make a decent tuto.

  "tuto" stands for tutorial.
A tutorial is suposed to teach you something. Please just make the changes i stated below so i can accept it.

Why i can't make a official level?

However, The info bubble makes no sense and the title may need to be changed as its not a tuto.
I also recomend adding more design or background, and perhaps making it a bit longer (1 or 2 more bubbles)
