You need to take a better thumbnail.
I can accept it after that, but be aware that the design is a bit basic and this level may get low ratings because of that.

Obvious parody of "are you dead yet" just worse and easier.
But yeah, if you add design, then it would be a good level.

You need to set the scrolling zone, and add some more bg or design.
