Eliea is right, you are allowed to make a topic to promote your own stuff.
If you ca, you can do it too. When there's too many thought I will tend to make a main topic.

GL101, please explain why aren't they allowed to make one (1) topic to promote their homemade youtube videos (not any microsoft sam crap or random guy doing random things). Music Uploads is quite much just for me to promote my new songs.

Also, they don't have to chance the name of the topic, neither make it a general YT discussion. If you want to make a topic for it, you are free to do so but please do not come to other topics and try changing them to what they are not.
