I can't see any affects this may have other than creating jealousy and ultimately hate between members. To give credit to other members for their hard work is a good idea in principal, but I don't think this is the best way to do it...

  Change title to Week's Hardworking Member if you want that. Otherwise it will have an adverse effect on what you actually planned.

Jealousy can involve to friendships between people, that have lasted a long time, being broken.

So seriously, I'm only going to say this once: Think before you post a topic:

- Does my title explain the topic fully?
- Will this topic lead to spamming or loss of friends?
- Will the Admins approve of my topic?
