  Yeah! I've seen that too! It was in my maths book doing circular patterns and we had to try and copy the illusion.

  Hexicube is a nickname I came up with a few years back that sort of stuck...at the time I was doing lateral thinking and noticed a hexagon with opposite corners connected looks like a cube, hence Hexagonal Cube which became Hexicube...
