  Honestly, we can't. First off, you didn't give any information as of to what you are needing help with. Second, I highly doubt you did anything other than stare at the interface before going here; Google it, for the love of god, or even better, experiment!

Noone makes amazing images within their first half year of using such a complicated image editor. Personally, with Photoshop, I made the following after 8 months, and it still looks shitty.
