  This is some nice background, but the rings are a bit too messy. Perhaps make them a bit smaller, especially the bosses? When trying to make a circle out of them, work from the inside going out and try to make it as symmetrical as possible.
It might be nice if you had your own title instead of just one from another level, but that's not too important.
