  Yes you're right I will forbid to rate levels that are not yet accepted soon.

The level already has a rating of five, and you rate it five yourself, then rate it one, then rate it five again, and so on...

Yes, it goes down by 0.001 every time you do it!

  Well for your second statement, your level and experience points can affect your voting power, so a new member will have a smaller impact on the votes than an experienced member.

I don't know about your first point. I'll try it out...

I've just tried it, but it kept itself on 5/5, and didn't go down at all.

  I've noticed there have some problems of rating like :

- When you rate 5* on a level it mark 5/5 , if you replace the rating by 1 and return it to 5 it show 4,999/5 and that will decrease each time you do it

- If some1 rate a level 4* and you , you rate this level 5* the final rating will be 4,233/5 It's supposed to be 4,5/5
