1. Admins are picked by the game author and are not voluntarily asked by the people themselves.
2. check allyally's comment.

It's the BL API, and is considdered for people that will create games on BL and wan to know how the api works.

Besides, it's just a box where you can put a random value in.

Captain_404's score is awesome btw.

Ak... this was a test to show game designers the bl api and how it works. You cant actually play this game unless you are making a game and you think this might help you.

What is this???? This is really weird.... It has no point! How do people have scores? How do people have negative scores? How do people have points for playing 0 levels?
SO MANY QUESTIONS!!!!!!
