  OK, the title is not correct (the player don't care you call this level your best one, find a title that describes the theme of your level)
You have to learn how to make neat end of lines, there are many links to tutorials in the "Edit" tab.

If really you think you can improve the level and make it neat, edit it and call an admin. But for now it's rejected.
