I looked for a similar level among the official ones but could not find one like this. There are several accepted levels that are similar but even they are so different in composition eg: different colors in each group of 4, keyed together differently etc. that even they would not offer that much redundancy. It is a good level IMO.
That's a very nice level but I think we have a similar level in officials, that's why I will not make it official. Unless this similar level doesn't exist...
