  I am guessing he achieved this one in 2024 or 2025. SuperMario does have one very old highscore left though: Strange World (Jump Gear 2)

  Wow, SuperMario is still in first place after all these years? I'm still amazed that he has been able to hold this HS since the late 2010's.

  Not great score with the strategy. Insane find! 47,950 also seems to me to be a very optimised run already so I think it will take me a while to try to get close!

It is definitely good to see SuperMario return, this was a highscore I somehow completely missed. I noticed 3 others on various levels, but this one is the biggest I know of. It's nice to see the new discoveries that are still to be made in this game!
