First, play the level and then pause the game when you find it a good pose/background etc...
Then hold down SHIFT.
Then you will automaticlly make a square tumbnail.

Correct the typo in the title ---> Goin = Going.
And the tumbnail is streched, hold down SHIFT when you make the tumbnail.
