  We can't be choosing who is good enough to use this.
Just forget the glitch, as the level wouldn't be accepted if you use it.
If someone finds it out by his own, have fun with it but no idea to upload a level with it.

  the impossible glitch is hard to describe and there is a level somewhere on JG2 utilizing that glitch but I forgot what one

  those lines are very anoying for the editor and for the player, that's why they aren't that good.
If JP finaly thinks of placing foreground; you won't need that glitch.

And most levels with this glitch have been rejected.
I don't accept those levels at least, if the level isn't very exceptional.

i have plenty of good non messy levels but i have no officials

  But each level is checked, and if some level is annoying, it will be simply rejected.

  umm... Adam62, you see a level that deserves 3/5 and its rated 5/5, some people rate it 1/5 then to make the levels rating to go down to 3/5, instead of rating it really 3/5 that would make it only 4/5.

Sometime someone can make not so good levels and their friends will rate it 5 (so it's not fair)

  Good designer can have bad rated levels because they are bad, bad designers can have newbs who rate their level 5 because it's 'awesome'

  Why it cant know for example designers with average rating of levels 4 or more?

  There is a difference by asking people to hail a hacker, and saying that that glitch would make your levels worse than they are.
That's why this doesn't gives a very bad influence.

You said that ~all hail Mr. Melons is a bad influence on the site. This topic is a really bad influence on the site. I do know the glitch, but I don't think that we should decide who can know something and who can't.

Just saying if I was a new member and was told I couldn't know something because I make really bad levels I would be mad = bad influence.
