It wasn't THAT hard, but it's like chess, you have to think 4-5 moves ahead and that's tricky. And 4+1 is a good name, even though it should have been 1+2+2.

  19 blocks. They can move in 4 directions, that means 76 different possibilities per move. 13 moves means 2822127947962858105470976 possible ways to move the blocks. I'll solve this one before next millenium.
