I guess, the 30000th comment will get the ability to add/subtract 4 and if Chris or I will get the said post, Chris might be able to add 6 or I might be able to subtract 7. Another option would be to simply don't allow us to get another special privilege and the 30001th comment for example would get a bonus. EDIT: Just out of curiosity, If Treazer/Chris got the 30000th msg, what would happen to their current and new ability?    When someone says 32, I won't say 29, instead I will reset to 0.
