All you need to do is go forward like a half inch then jump off the ledge, (Try to land in the middle of the bushes a little right of the little tree-like thing in the middle) hold right and up, right before hitting the ground press space and it should launch you up. ^^

Hope this helps anyone who wants to beat this level. ^^
