It's easier than you think. Red is very simple and doesn't need to be moved until the end, and blue must only be moved once, except for the final match-up. After you realize that, try to stack to get the greens on two different levels. After some trial and error you should be able to easily match them (yellows will probably match before them). Then you just clean up the rest. :)
