Yes, forgive OMG. He simply didn't know this as people don't usually leave levels undone in BB, or at least normal members didn't know about them.

Also, these new admins are still learning, remember that.

Undone, unfinished and WIP all means the level is not finished

Ehm, oldmtnguy, if a title got ''undone'' or something like that,it means the creator is not yet done with the level and it has no needs to get evaluated yet.
