Its a year late but this level 100% needs to be made the 3rd to last official level. It's design quality, cleverness, and subtlety are off the charts. I know JP said no more official levels but I think toughman deserves one as much as anyone and 250 is so much cleaner then 249 =P.

perfectly level, hard and brilliant! some levels are difficult, but they are not creative. this level is very well built.
