  I agree with Martin GIS. 3 icy blocks would be more challenging. As is 21 moves is enough.

  If you move the connected reds below the sticky area and the connected pinks above the sticky area, it will be harder (I think).

No, not much harder. Perhaps change two of the whites into icy blocks?

  Still possible without moving the paddles, in 16 moves.

  I can still finish without paddles, but it required more moves.

  Made the paddles smaller, made an anti-cheat mechnism.
Tell me if you can still finish it without making use of the paddles.
The only complain is about the unrealistic split of the paddle, but there aren't any other ways.

  The 14 move solution OMG is that way too. No need for pink or Red blocks to move. I'd use some icy blocks (2 or 3 if possible) to put pink and red blocks into play.

  Okay GIS, it's possible now. However, there is a 20 move solution that does not require any movement of the pink or red blocks. So it's really not ping pong anymore. It also needs a matching thumbnail.
