  I mean a website.

  I use an old version of Fireworks to do my gif animations, but there are many alternatives. Beneton Movie Gif is a good one to start off with, it's quite simple but it works well, it's very easy to use.

And have anone a gif animator where i can upload minimum 13 frames?

  Niimporta - it is a bad idea not to loop your gif. What if somebody doesn't see it from the beginning? They will have to refresh the page, and they might not even know that it was animated. What you can do is make it wait for a while before it goes back to the beginning, by putting the same image in many frames.

Anyway, how about this?

  I need an gif animator where i can make minimum 13 photos. any help?
