It could be a great level. I really liked the design and the concept of grouping opposite colours but DP there are way too many dummies. If you want my advice I'd link pinks together, I'd replace some of them (pinks) with icy blocks and I'd add 9 pink targets (however the position of these targets would have to be resulted from lots of tests. Another option is to reduce the number of pinks.
