I think it is kinda cute, I like it. About the grammar and stuff: Remember, they are Mexicans, maybe it is intentional that they speak that way. :)

New York is written like this, thumbnail is stretched and has nothing to do with the level.
I couldn't read all info bubbles because they weer too close to each other and so they crushed each other, but I did spot a lot of grammar and spelling errors (continued/continium)
A great part of everything is messy, and most buildings are empty.
I was gonna reject it, but I am unsure so it stays grey.
