Really simple, I doubt he designed it to be like that, 3.5/5-4/5 anyway, not bad.

I wish the ratings were out of 10!!!!!
Would really make them a lot more fair. Out of 5, rating 3/5-2/5 seems really bad, 7/10 seems a lot better.
