  The only part in the level where you have to go at a decent speed is the last zig-zag up to the finish, but that shouldn't be at all hard. The rest is just a puzzle.

Any hints for the metal part? Is it speed needed or a puzzle?

  I can't help you if the only description of the place you can't pass is "the electric bit", as that can be anywhere in the level.

  I cant get through the electric bit fast enough.
