Thanks for the input guys. I can't come up with a solution either. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt, because it was submitted with Insane Fish, And that one was possible. I will reject it.

I am gonna have to agree with MK. I haven't started to solve it but instead tried to go backwards and see where do I need the icy blocks to be prior to my last move and it seems impossible. I think the white should be ungrouped.
