On the first Ramps point is where you head jump

howw the %#&% do you head jump in this level!!!

A trick on this levl is that instead of going backwards in the beginning do a front wheelie on the top of the first ramp. you should get enough speed to make it over the jump

i can make a vid if you dont understand :)
