Interesting art level... Thumbnails should be taken in test mode, not edit mode... Try to get a nice square thumbnail by holding shift (or is it CTRL? I forgot which). Also, you might want to use the shifty arrows in the editor to make the TV more central, it's too far to the right at the moment.
