  I reset the scores because of the editing. I also assigned a difficulty. Remember that this is part of an acceptable level and should be done before submitting.

  Keeping the two outer whites costs you 5 moves.
So for any further edit you'd need to reset the scores !

  Azz, you really should set goals for the whites, as all three cam be kept during the solving of the level.

  I meant in the second part (the outside) only 2 whites are needed, not 4. Also, there are no goals for the white blocks, which could be part of the problem.

@2, I know, that's my I didn't know if that counted (the fact that it is 2 levels).

  1)They are not dummy blocks.
You need them to get the blue one and red one to switch.
2)That is why its called double switcher. its meant to be 2 levels in 1
