This is somehow out of my power, nature of this level makes it impossible to do it in less or even more time (on the same machine), you gotta have extra fast computer :-)
But yes I will let anyone have highscore with pleasure :-)

  Your levels are kinda hard, 5/5.

  I find it harder to reach the checkpoints in time than the exit. :/
If you can make it past the big clump of metal plates on the left before they go off at the start, you have a good chance of making it in time.

But fine, I will add an extra delay for the finish.

EDIT: Made it considerably easier.

  You could make it a little easier, notable the exit gets inaccessible too fast.
