Capture the thumbnail in test mode.

You need to stop your paths properly. Look at "How to edit," it has some helpful videos.

The stars at the ending are very messy, clean them up or remove them.



EDIT: I see you have fixed the title, the thumbnail, and the stars, but you still haven't fixed the paths. I guess it's good enough to be accepted.
