The standards were not as high back then so the majority is now mediocre at best.

its just a bit short

  I will never reject a previously accepted level unless it is requested by the designer or there is a very, very serious flaw that for some reason was missed. Of course this isn't a very good level by today's standards and would not have been accepted today, but I still won't reject it. However, I can understand your rating, though I personally find it a bit harsh.

  It's a very old level, this is actually a pretty good level in five years ago, so voting it 1 isn't really fair
Besides, most accepted levels won't get rejected, even though it's an old level.
