Topic, Level "Revealing lights", game "Path 4 Mouse"

The lights going around reveal each switch. Pressing all switches doesn't make sense and is easy.

You have to find out what switches to press.

  I don't understand, I cut all the switches on and nothing happens. Where's the goal?
