You are supposed to

jump at the wall to the right of you when you get into the box the 2nd time

but I don't know if you way works to minmay :D

To get out the second time:

SPOILER

Jump up as close to the dot as you can. You'll trigger a switch.

Here you can see how to get out of the box the first time.

When you hit the roof turn left and you should get past, but to hit the roof you have to jump right before the vertical speed line

that was by FAR!! the hardest level i ever done.

It's hard to get out, i do a corner jump from after the first incline in to the starting corner and jump of that to get speed. Then its a matter of timing :D The rest of the level is a bit easier, but not a whole lot :D 5/5 for difficulty!
