Topic, Level "Sacrifice Yourself", game "Path 4 Mouse"

Think about the ice paths - there is a reason why there are two of them, one for going there, do something (there is nothing but cuttable wire there, so...) and the other for going back to

If I turn on the power, the metal plate lights up and blocks the path. If I go on the ice to go around it, walls appear and block the way ahead. If I don't turn on the switch, then I can make it to the upper-left corner section, but then I hit a trigger and I'm stuck. And I haven't seen the second metal plate anywhere so if that's what the cuttable wire affects then I still don't know what to do with it (and I don't need that spoiled, I can figure that out when I reach there).

Well, the cuttable wire is connected with the switch, the metal plate and the metal plate after the cuttable wire itself. (you might know that already)

I assume you know how to get past the first metal plate into the next section. Now, there's the second plate and you have to get into the last section, but the way is blocked. So, what do you have to do to unblock it?

Correct! You'll have to die again, but in the current section of course, else it wouldn't help.

Now, how to sacrifice yourself? Get killed by something what's in the section or might be in the section. That's a metal plate in this case and it has to be activated.

Everything should be obvious, now just be quick for the last part, it's not that hard though.
