Yes! In first one the flag was inside the boss but in this you need to go to the other side of the boss and wait until the flag is outside the boss

Yeah! beat it with a score of 99. But it was a little too easy. The first one and this sequal weren't that different. You just had to know when to go to get to the other side of the platform. 4/5.
