  The problem is, not that it's a very easy level, but that you use a title that refers to the icy block. But you don't use the property of this icy block. The suggestions that Jos posted do use this property. Jos your suggestion with walls is the best one.

  This level is intended to sometimes mess kids up. Most likely you'll complete it on the first try.

  Even for a kids level it's easy, but the icy block then, it doesn't have any use in this level.

  That's EXACTLY what I intended. Didn't I put the category to Kids??

  I don't think you intended a 4 moves solution, maybe you would want some locked blocks as well.
